Produced in rabbits immunized with purified, human cell-derived, recombinant human DPPII ( rhDPPII; Catalog #10748-H08H; NP_037511.2, Met 1-Leu 492 ). DPPII specific IgG was purified by human DPPII affinity chromatography.
DPPII / DPP7 抗体Background
Dipeptidyl-peptidase II (DPPII), also known as quiescent cell proline dipeptidase (QPP) and dipeptidyl-peptidase 7 (DPP7), is a post-proline cleaving amino peptidase expressed in quiescent lymphocytes. As an intracellular protease localized to the vesicular system, it releases preferably N-terminal dipeptides from oligopeptides with Pro or Ala in the penultimate position at acidic pH. The proline-specific DPPs like DPP7, fibroblast activation protein alpha (FAP), DPPIV, DPP8 and DPP9, on the basis of their preference for cleavage after X-Pro, are likely to be involved in Pro-specific N-terminal processing regulating an increasing number of biological processes.
