制备方法 : This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Cynomolgus CD16 / FCGR3 (rC CD16 / FCGR3; Catalog#90013-C08H; ABD83657.1; Met 1-Gly 206). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
CD16 / FCGR3抗体 Background
Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor III, also known as IgG Fc receptor III, Fc-gamma RIII, FcRIII, FCGR3 and CD16, is a single-pass type I membrane protein. It is expressed on natural killer cells, macrophages, subpopulation of T-cells, immature thymocytes and placental trophoblasts. Receptors that recognize the Fc portion of IgG function in the regulation of immune response and are divided into three classes designated CD64, CD32, and CD16. Mouse CD16 / FCGR3 is a receptor for the Fc region of complexed immunoglobulins gamma. It is a low affinity receptor. It contains twoIg-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. In human, CD16 is expressed as two distinct forms (CD16a and CD16b) encoded by two different highly homologous genes in a cell type-specific manner. CD16b is a low-affinity, GPI-linked receptor expressed by neutrophils and eosinophils, whereas CD16a is an intermediate affinity polypeptide-anchored transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes, natural killer (NK) cells, monocytes, and macrophages.
