【背景资料】：R-PE （R-phycoerythrin，R-藻红蛋白）是藻红蛋白的一种。藻红蛋白（phycoerythrin，PE，或称藻胆蛋白）是从红藻中分离纯化的新型荧光标记试剂，分子量240kDa，在可见光谱区有很宽的激发及发射波长，受其他荧光素干扰小，不易淬灭，水溶性好，可与许多生物学或合成材料的多位点稳定交联。纯天然海洋生物提取，无任何毒副作用，不含放射性，操作使用安全。R-PE可通过加入没食子酸丙酯（propyl gallate）进一步增强稳定性，是双重标记或多重标记首选的荧光蛋白之一。
