【产品形式】：艾美捷为您提供的Cell Meter Caspase 9活性分析试剂盒（红色荧光）Cell Meter Caspase 9活性细胞凋亡检测试剂盒是通过测量Caspase 9的活性而用于细胞凋亡检测的。Caspase 9是CED-3亚家族中的一员。活化的Caspase 9能切割下游caspases,例如caspase-3,-6和-7，起始caspase级联反应。在正常发育的中枢神经系统中，活化的Caspase 9是凋亡所必需的。Caspase 9已证明具有底物的选择性，其基序为Leu-Glu-His-Asp (LEHD)。本试剂盒利用Ac-IETD-ProRed™作为荧光指示器来检测caspas-9的活性。通过caspas-9切割ProRed™肽产生强红色荧光，其发射光在620 nm，激发光为535nm。
