Anti-BovineHost: rabbitForm: liquid antiserumConc/Titer: 1:50-1:400Applications: Immunohistochemistry; RIA; EIA; Indirect Immunofluorescence; ImmunoblottingThe antibody was produced in rabbits by inoculation with purebred bovine S-100 bound to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) with carbodiimide as the antigen. S-100 protein is a relatively small thermolabile protein (MW 20-25 kDa) possessing the unique characteristic of remaining soluble in 100% ammonium sulfate solution at neutral pH. It is a member of the calcium binding protein group that includes calmodulin, troponin C and the light chain of myosin.
