background staining. This blocking buffer can be used both in the blocking step and
as a diluent for unconjugated antibodies, organic dye-conjugated, and eFluor® Nanocrystal
conjugated-antibodies during the antibody incubation step. This buffer is supplied as
a 1X stock solution containing sodium azide.
