蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the cynomolgus ERBB2 (Met1-Thr652) [ Rhesus ERBB2 (XP_001090430.1,Asp121Asn,Leu122Pro); similar to Macaca fascicularis ERBB2 (EHH58073.1)], was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.

蛋白活性：1. Immobilized cynomolgus ErbB2 (Cat:90295-C02H) at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind herceptin, the EC50 of herceptin is 30-100 ng/mL. 2. Measured by its ability to block anti-ErbB2 mediated inhibition of BT474 human breast ductal carcinoma cell proliferation. The ED50 for this effect is 0.3-1.8 μg/mL in the presence of 0.6 µg/mL Anti-ErbB2/Her2 Monoclonal Antibody.
