白细胞介素-2（interleukin rhlL-2，IL-2）主要由活化的T淋巴细胞分泌的一种糖蛋白，是调节机体免疫功能最主要的淋巴因子之一。天然IL-2含有糖基，基因重组IL-2不含糖基，由133个氨基酸组成，相对分子质量为15KD。IL-2在机体应答，免疫调节和抗肿瘤免疫中具有十分重要的作用。临床用于多种恶性实体肿瘤。重组人IL-2是一种重组人白细胞介素-2的生物制品，一般制备成粉针剂应用，其规格以活性单位而不是以重量单位标示。本研究拟通过双抗体放射免疫分析法又称为免疫沉淀法测定注射
粒幼细胞性贫血、白血病等。显著增高见于：重型珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血；α、F、A2F和γ-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血、HbH病患者HbF也可增高；δ-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血HbF不升高。
的培养及鉴定 2.1 将PBMC按1-2 x 106/ml的浓度悬浮于无血清培养液中，加入1,000 U/ml 的重组人IFN-g，37oC，5%CO2培养箱中培养； 2.2 24h 后加入50ng/ml 的CD3 单克隆抗体和300 U/ml 的重组人IL-2，刺激CIK 细胞的生长和增殖； 注：此时也可同时加入100 U/ml的重组人IL-1a。 2.3 每3天半量换液或扩瓶一次，并补加重组人IL-2 300 U/ml； 2.4 在培养的第14d，收获CIK细胞。
