鬼笔环肽是一种从鬼笔鹅膏中得到的有毒的环状七肽，可以与纤维肌动蛋白丝非常特异的结合，并且具有很高的亲和力。它能使肌动蛋白聚合物的临界浓度降低到小于1µg/mL，因此，常作为一种聚合促进剂使用。该物质可以被罗丹明染料标记，从而作为肌动蛋白抗体替代物广泛用于组织细胞培养、组织切片或无细胞系中的肌动蛋白标记。被罗丹明标记的肌动蛋白丝其生物学特性未发生改变（包括与肌球蛋白结合的能力），罗丹明标记的鬼笔环肽
呈粉色，固体，分子量1306。其1 x 工作液即可对300-350张盖玻片的细胞进行染色。
注意：鬼笔环肽具有毒性，需小心操作（对人，其半数致死剂量为2mg/Kg）。
运输与保存方法
室温运输。使用前简短离心使样品至管底，加入500µl无水甲醇配制成14um的溶液。推荐将其溶液分装成10×50µl份于-20℃避光保存，按照这种方法可稳定保存6个月，冻干产物可以在4℃干燥环境（湿度<10%）下保存1年。

Biological Activity
We have determined that the microfilament stabilizing property of our product is equal or superior to any other commercially available phalloidins. Microfilaments in 70 nM phalloidin are stable at room temperature for over one week.
