【用途】
Boatman™ Oxidized ELISA Kit试剂盒用于体外定量测定人血浆中氧化低密度脂蛋白的含量。本试剂盒仅用于实验室研究使用，不得用于诊断或治疗。
【背景】
近来研究认为，氧化的LDL会加速和致动脉粥样硬化的损伤。研究显示天然的LDL在转变成氧化的LDL，即可致动脉粥样硬化。氧化的LDL远比天然的LDL致动脉粥样硬化强。在动脉粥样硬化的损伤处，可发现氧化的LDL存在于巨噬细胞里，但正常的动脉中没有。巨噬细胞吞噬LDL不出现在经由Brown/GoldsteinLDL受体的途径。多数研究表明LDL是主要的胆固醇携带者，它先转换成氧化的LDL，以后被巨噬细胞中的“清道夫”或“氧化LDL”受体识别，巨噬细胞与氧化的LDL结合，使胆固醇积累于巨噬细胞中，巨噬细胞就转换成泡沫细胞。Holvoet和他的同事们最先清楚地证明了患冠状动脉疾病的病人血浆中氧化LDL明显增高，循环的氧化的LDL水平在患稳定的冠状动脉疾病的病人和患急性冠状动脉疾病的病人中相类似。在稳定的心绞痛病人和非稳定的心绞痛病人及患急性心肌梗塞的病人的血浆中，在排除了年龄及其他有关因素后，发现其氧化的LDL明显增高。
