When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Background: This gene encodes fibronectin, a glycoprotein present in a soluble dimeric form in plasma, and in a dimeric or multimeric form at the cell surface and in extracellular matrix. Fibronectin is involved in cell adhesion and migration processes including embryogenesis, wound healing, blood coagulation, host defense, and metastasis. The gene has three regions subject to alternative splicing, with the potential to produce 20 different transcript variants. However, the full-length nature of some variants has not been determined. 纤维连接蛋白(fibronectin，Fn)是一组高分子糖蛋白，广泛存在于细胞表面、细胞外液及结缔组织有关的基底膜上。Fn具有促进细胞粘连，细胞与纤维、基质间的连接；促进巨噬细胞的吞噬功能等广泛生物学活性；并与机体创伤组织愈合、组织炎症、纤维化及硬化过程等密切相关。因此，Fn的含量变化与临床多种疾病的严重程度和转归密切相关。 检测Fn的方法常用单向免疫
