Water, PCR Grade
General description
PCR 级水经过特殊纯化、双蒸馏、去离子和高压灭菌。生产过程确保即使根据罗氏严格的质量控制程序，水中也不含可检测量的核酸。 它通常用常规热循环仪和 LightCycler® 仪器在 PCR 中进行测试。
Application
该产品经过特殊检测，适用于所有 PCR 或 RT-PCR。 它可以与所有终点或实时 PCR 检测结合使用，或者在需要质量的水的时候使用。所有 LightCycler ® 试剂盒和一些扩增产物（可从 Roche Applied Science 获得）均含有这种 PCR 级水。
Quality
功能测试： 在 PCR 中检测每批水（PCR 级）（从 0.01 ngλ 开始扩增 0.5 kb 靶标）DNA）。PCR 产物经凝胶电泳分析时，必须在凝胶上看到清晰、明确的条带。
不存在核酸酶：使用可作为核酸酶底物的各种核酸检测水。根据当前质量程序，未检测到核酸内切酶、核糖核酸酶或切口活性。
