Ready-to-use solution of Pluronic® F-127, a nonionic detergent useful for solubilizing hydrophobic dye molecules such as cell-permeable AM esters of Fura-2, Fluo-3, Indo-1, or Rhod-2 calcium indicators to facilitate cell loading.
