| 产品描述： | Tropomyosin is an actin-binding protein that regulates actin mechanics. Tropomyosin is important, among other things, for muscle contraction. Tropomyosin, along with the troponin complex, associates with actin in muscle fibers and regulates muscle contraction by regulating the binding of myosin. Defects in tropomyosin are the cause of cardiomyopathy familial hypertrophic type 3 (CMH3). Familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is a hereditary heart disorder characterized by ventricular hypertrophy, which is usually asymmetric and often involves the interventricular septum. |

文献和实验wx275411643 麻烦哪位高手帮助解答一下我现在做WB遇到的情况，我买的抗体说明书上写的目的条带分子量和实际曝光出来的不一样，Marker肯定没问题了，是国内公司的抗体，问过公司，他们说是蛋白被修饰了，所以会大点。我做的结果比说明书上的大了大概10KD（书上说39KD），不知道公司的解释能不能接受？抗体是多克隆的。就怕他们用别的抗体冒充我要的。 zhe992000 看看你的蛋白质的分子量有没有问题？好多时候，蛋白在翻译
