1、聚合微球
1.1非官能团聚合微球
聚苯乙烯(PS)、交联聚苯乙烯/聚二乙烯基苯 (P[S/DVB])、聚甲基丙烯酸酯微球,可用作标注微球或标记物或者通过吸附作用包被蛋白用于诊断和分析产品。 微球采用乳胶聚合法合成,微球直径可覆盖40nm-90μm的各类应用需求,微球直径 CV不超过 5-10%, 客户如有更高要求还可定制CV (比如 2-5%),大部分产品以 10% 固体悬浮物提供 (100mg/mL) ,溶剂为包含表面活性剂和Sodium Azide的去离子水。
A、 PS 和P(S/DVB)微球
很多蛋白质能与疏水的非官能化微球稳定结合. 增加的聚二乙烯基苯溶剂 (Divinylbenzene, DVB),可提高交联微球的热稳定性。PS和P(S/DVB) 系列微球有四种包装规格:0.5g、1.0g、1.5g和5.0g。
B、 PMMA微球
PMMA微球具有不同于PS微球的特性PMMA表面有吸附作用,但比 PS微球表面具有更低的疏水性. PMMA微球也有四种包装规格:0.5g, 1.0g, 1.5g, and 5.0g。
C、定制微球
规模化合成的大尺寸 PS 和 聚甲基丙烯酸酯微球具有更经济的价格,大尺寸聚合微球以干式提供不含溶剂。包装有四种标准规格: 10g、25g、 50g和 100g。
1.2官能化聚合微球
官能团化微球适用共价交联蛋白质、多肽和核酸分子,微球最大直径可达20μm,产品cv可控制在 10%以内。大部分产品以 10% 固体悬浮物提供 (100mg/mL) ,溶剂为包含表面活性剂和叠氮na的去离子水。
A、羧基化聚合微球
EDAC-介导的共价交联常被用于将具氨基末端的蛋白质、DNA或其他分子固定于羧基官能化的 PS 和P(S/DVB) 微球上。供应商可提供详细的包被操作和质控protocol. 羧基化微球提供四种标准包装: 0.5g、 1.0g、1.5g和5.0g。
B、氨基化聚合微球
氨基官能化的聚合微球为交联生物大分子提供了更多的选择, 戊二quán通常被用来催化具氨基末端化合物的固定, 专用的接头分子可将硫醇或者含碳水化合物的糖基固定于氨基化 微球上。氨基化聚合微球有四种标准包装规格: 0.5g、 1.0g、1.5g和5.0g。 直径超过199μm的微球需要定制。
C、蛋白聚合微球
聚合包括亲和链霉素、A蛋白、G蛋白、生物素等蛋白分子。
2、二氧化硅微球
Bangs Laboratories 提供均一化的无孔二氧化硅(SiO2)微球,直径范围为 150nm-8μm。这些粒子的粒径 CV 通常为
10-15%。标准二氧化硅微球包括非官能化的产品,或者带有羧基、胺或链霉亲和素能团的产品。有悬浮制剂和干法制剂两种可选。

3、超顺磁性微球

4、试剂盒及仪器标准品

We offer uniform polystyrene latex microspheres that may be used as-is for standards or markers, or coated with proteins via adsorption for use in diagnostic tests and assays. See TechNote 204, Adsorption to Microspheres. Our spheres are synthesized via emulsion polymerization, and are available in diameters from ~20nm-90µm, with typical size CVs of 5-10%. For applications that require highly stringent CVs (e.g. 2-5%), call for product availability. Most products are supplied as a 10% solids suspension (100mg/mL) in de-ionized water with surfactant and sodium azide.
Many proteins may be easily and stably absorbed to hydrophobic, non-functionalized microspheres. Divinylbenzene (DVB) confers additional solvent and heat resistance to our crosslinked spheres. Unless noted otherwise, PS and PS/DVB microspheres are available as ~10% solids (w/w) aqueous suspensions in these standard amounts: 0.5g, 1.0g, 1.5g, and 5.0g.

Our carboxylate-modified polystyrene latex microspheres are suitable for the covalent immobilization of proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids. They are synthesized via emulsion polymerization, and are available in diameters up to ~20µm, with typical size CVs of 10%. Most products are supplied as 10% solids suspension (w/w) in de-ionized water with surfactant and sodium azide.
EDAC-mediated coupling is often used for the covalent immobilization of amine-terminated proteins, DNA, or other molecules on carboxyl-functionalized PS and P(S/DVB) microspheres. Carboxyl polymer microspheres are available as ~10% solids (w/w) aqueous suspensions in these standard amounts: 0.5g, 1.0g, 1.5g, and 5.0g.

Amine-functionalized microspheres offer further options for coupling of biomolecules. Glutaraldehyde is commonly used for the immobilization of amine-containing compounds, and specialized linkers are available for targeted coupling of thiol or carbohydrate moieties. See TechNote 205, Covalent Coupling. Unless otherwise noted amine polymer microspheres are available as ~10% solids (w/w) aqueous suspensions in these standard amounts: 0.5g, 1.0g, 1.5g, and 5.0g. For microspheres larger than 1.00µm, please call for availability.
