产品描述：
细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制剂（CDKIs）是结合CDKs并抑制其活性的蛋白质。已经确定了两类主要的CDK抑制剂。p16家族（p15、p16、p18和p19）结合CDK4和CDK6并抑制其活性。p21家族（p21、p27、p28和p57）可以与多种CDK细胞周期蛋白复合物结合并抑制其活性。CDKI能够抑制生长，一些证据强烈表明，至少一些CDKI可能是肿瘤抑制蛋白。p16-INK4A是p16家族的成员，由人类CDKN2A基因编码。它有三种亚型，在脑或骨骼肌中广泛表达，但未检测到，除了亚型3是胰腺特异性的。p16INK4A的缺陷是Li-Fraumeni综合征（LFS）和黑色素瘤星形细胞瘤综合征（MASTS）的原因。
