MyBioSource MBS1604166-48T（Monkey Complement 4, C4 ELISA Kit）为 Monkey 检测试剂盒，采用 Quantitative Sandwich 方法，适用于 Serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, Ascites, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids 样本中 Complement 4 的定量检测。
Principle of the Assay: This kit is an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). The plate has been pre-coated with Monkey C4 antibody. C4 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Monkey C4 Antibody is added and binds to C4 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated C4 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Monkey C4. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm. Intended Uses: This sandwich kit is for the accurate quantitative detection of Monkey Complement C4 (also known as C4) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, Ascites, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.
