The soluble receptor protein contains only the first 6 extracellular domains， which contain all the information necessary for binding of VEGF. They are named VEGFR-1 （Flt-1）， VEGFR-2 （KDR/Flk-1）， VEGFR-3 （Flt-4）. Their expression is almost exclusively restricted to endothelial cells， but VEGFR-1 can also be found on monocytes， dendritic cells and on trophoblast cells. The flt-1 gene was first described in 1990. The receptor contains seven immunoglobulin-like extracellular domains， a single transmembrane region and an intracellular splited tyrosine kinase domain. Compared to VEGFR-2 the Flt-1 receptor has a higher a昆虫细胞中重组表达inity for VEGF but a weaker signaling activity. 保存建议：
人血管内皮生长因子受体-1（FLT1）冻干粉末在室温可保存3周，或置于-18℃冻存用于长期保存.重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天以上；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装（加载体蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃冻存.请避免反复冻融.
