Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows nuclear staining preferentially in the spermatocytes and spermatids. Recommended concentration, 5-10µg/mL.
