| 描述 | CGK733 (CGK 733) is a potent and selective inhibitor of ATM/ATR. |
| 体内活性 | 在停止增殖的衰老细胞中,CGK733处理后与细胞衰老相关的β-半乳糖苷酶（SA-β-gal）活性消失,使细胞能够增殖。在衰老的MCF-7细胞中,CGK733（30 μM）处理24小时,能够引起细胞死亡。在多种癌细胞中,如MCF-7和T47D雌激素受体（ER）阳性乳腺癌细胞,MDA-MB436 ER阴性乳腺癌细胞,LnCap前体癌细胞和HCT116结肠癌细胞,CGK733（0.6-40 μM）能够抑制增殖。 |
