| 描述 | Dihydroisotanshinone I is a natural product isolated from the dried roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza, a traditional Chinese medicine, and exhibits various biological activities. Dihydroisotanshinone I alleviates menadione-induced liver injury through antioxidant effects such as scavenging free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation; it also inhibits the migration of prostate cancer cells and induces cancer cell apoptosis. |
| 体外活性 | Dihydroisotanshinone I可通过抑制 cyclin D1、cyclin E1、CDK2、CDK4、CDK6、p-Rb、E2F1、SKP2 的表达诱导细胞 G1 期阻滞，以剂量与时间依赖性方式抑制人骨肉瘤 143B 细胞增殖。 Dihydroisotanshinone I可通过激活 caspase-3、caspase-8、caspase-9 并剪切 PARP 诱导细胞凋亡，并下调 VCAM-1、ICAM-1 抑制细胞迁移。 |
