| 描述 | Tepotinib hydrochloride(1 : x) is an orally bioavailable, mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET) TKI developed mainly for selected NSCLC patients with METex14 skipping mutations. |
| 体外活性 | Tepotinib hydrochloride(1 : x) potently inhibits ABCB1 and ABCG2 efflux transporters, which was confirmed by molecular docking. In addition, Tepotinib hydrochloride(1 : x) inhibited several recombinant cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoforms with varying potency. Tepotinib hydrochloride(1 : x) synergistically reversed daunorubicin and mitoxantrone resistance in cells with ABCB1 and ABCG2 overexpression, respectively[2]. |
