It exhibits activity against Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, and artemisinin-resistant parasites, including artemisinin-resistant strains, and exerts effects during both the blood and liver stages. |
| 体外活性 | 方法：采用SYBR Green增殖测定法，评估Ganaplacide hydrochloride对实验室适应的恶性疟原虫株及临床分离株的抑制效果。 结果：Ganaplacide hydrochloride对多种耐药菌株的IC50值范围为6至17.4 nM。[1] |
| 体内活性 | 方法：Ganaplacide hydrochloride (1-15 mg/kg)口服给药因果预防性啮齿动物疟疾模型小鼠 ，通过血涂片分析监测KAF156的预防活性。 结果：在感染前 2 小时单次口服 10 mg/kg 的Ganaplacide hydrochloride完全保护了小鼠。[1] |
