| 体外活性 | 方法:在 BRIN BD11 或 1.1B4 β细胞中,使用Pancreatic Polypeptide, rat acetate(1 μM)处理,检测细胞增殖;在链脲佐菌素诱导的 BRIN BD11 细胞中,使用Pancreatic Polypeptide, rat acetate(1 μM)处理,检测细胞活力;在分离的小鼠胰岛中,使用Pancreatic Polypeptide, rat acetate(0.1 nM–1 μM)处理,检测胰岛素分泌;在 BRIN BD11 细胞中,使用Pancreatic Polypeptide, rat acetate(1 μM)处理,检测膜电位和细胞内钙离子水平。 结果:Pancreatic Polypeptide, rat acetate不改变正常 β 细胞的增殖,但可逆转链脲佐菌素诱导的细胞活力下降;对分离的小鼠胰岛的胰岛素分泌无影响;且不影响 BRIN BD11 细胞的膜电位和细胞内钙离子水平。[1] |
