| 描述 | PAR-2 Activating Peptide acetate (SLIGRL-NH2 acetate) is an agonist of Protease-Activated Receptor-2 (PAR-2). |
| 体外活性 | Protease-Activated Receptor-2 Activating Peptide （SLIGRL-NH2）是PAR-2和MrgprC11的激动剂[1]。SLIGRL-NH2在不存在内皮的条件下，以及在周围血管脂肪组织（PVAT）存在的情况下，引起L-NAME可抑制的放松反应。研究表明，SLIGRL-NH2在无内皮制剂中引起的放松反应与浓度相关，其半数有效浓度（EC50）为10μM。因此，在后续旨在评估潜在的ADRF释放/作用抑制剂效果的实验中，选择20μM作为肽的适当“测试”浓度。在无内皮的主动脉制剂中，仅在PVAT存在的情况下，SLIGRL-NH2能引起与浓度相关的放松反应[+PVAT, -ENDO（内皮）][2]。 |
