| 描述 | Etiprednol dicloacetate (BNP-166) is a corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory activity.Etiprednol dicloacetate inhibits the accumulation of eosinophils and can be used in the study of inflammatory airway diseases such as asthma and in the treatment of Crohn's disease. |
| 体外活性 | Etiprednol dicloacetate（1 nM-1 μM）抑制LPS诱导的人血中TNF-α产生。[1] |
