产品简介 本试剂盒采用溶菌酶与裂解液共同作用，迅速裂解细胞，释放出RNA的同时灭活RNase。RNA在高离盐状态下选择性吸附于离心柱内硅基质膜，再通过一系列漂洗和离心等步骤进一步将蛋白等杂质去除，最后用 DEPC-treated ddH2O 将RNA从硅基质膜上洗脱。操作简单，全过程可在40分钟之内完成。获得的 RNA OD260/OD280 一般为 2.0 左右，可直接用于 RT-PCR、Northern Blot、 斑点杂交等实验。 储存条件 室温，保质期12个月。
