复溶方法
1. 开盖前先离心，使样品集中于管底。
2. 用无菌蒸馏水复溶至 0.1–0.5 mg/mL，避免涡旋振荡或剧烈吹打。
3. 长期保存时，建议加入载体蛋白或稳定剂，例如 0.1% 牛血清白蛋白（BSA）、5% 人血清白蛋白（HSA）、10% 胎牛血清（FBS）或 5% 海藻糖。
4. 将复溶后的蛋白溶液分装保存，尽量减少冻融次数。
