| 描述 | Taprenepag isopropyl (PF-04217329) is a selective EP2 agonist and prodrug of CP-544326. Following ocular administration, it induces elevated cAMP levels and reduced intraocular pressure, rendering it suitable for treating glaucoma. |
| 体内活性 | Taprenepag isopropyl(0.75、12或36 μg/天，右眼滴注，每日2次，持续28天）在食蟹猴中显示出降低眼内压的效果，但也引起了虹膜炎、畏光和角膜厚度增加的不良反应。这些不良反应在停药后是可逆的[1]。 |
