| 描述 | Tirucallol is an antiinflammatory agent isolated from Euphorbia lactea.Tirucallol exerts a topical anti-inflammatory effect in vivo, via a mechanism of action related to the neutrophil migration. |
| 体外活性 | CMG中性提取物(25-200 microg/ml)和Tirucallol(0.1-100 microM)对以下作用的研究：1）通过细胞ELISA方法测定粘附分子（VCAM-1和ICAM-1）的表达；2）通过粘附实验评估在TNF-alpha刺激的人主动脉内皮细胞（HAEC）中U937细胞的附着情况。同时，通过基于细胞的ELISA试剂盒检查了CMG中性提取物和Tirucallol对NFkB磷酸化影响。研究发现，CMG提取物和Tirucallol显著抑制在TNF-alpha刺激的HAEC中VCAM-1和ICAM-1的表达，显著减少U937细胞与TNF-alpha刺激的HAEC的结合，并减弱NFkB p65的磷酸化。 |
