| 描述 | Oxybutynin chloride (Oxybutynin HCl) is an anticholinergic medication used to relieve urinary and bladder difficulties. It competitively antagonizes the M1, M2, and M3 subtypes of the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor. |
| 体外活性 | Oxybutynin chloride 通过减少膀胱肌肉痉挛缓解尿频、尿急以及尿失禁（急迫性失禁）等泌尿系统和膀胱障碍。Oxybutynin chloride 与胆碱能受体的M1、M2和M3亚型呈竞争性拮抗作用。[1] 此外，Oxybutynin chloride 还能作为钙拮抗剂和局部麻醉剂，直接对膀胱平滑肌产生松弛作用，但该效应出现的浓度远高于临床使用浓度。[2] |
