| 检测原理 | The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human hCG. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Human hCG. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Human hCG, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Human hCG in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve. |

妊娠中的雌性哺乳类，不仅其脑垂体前叶分泌促性腺激素，而且胎盘的绒毛膜也可分泌。后者即称为绒毛膜促性腺（激）素。人的孕妇尿中的这种物质称 HCG（ human chorionic gonadotropin，人绒毛膜促性腺激素），成分为糖蛋白，分子量约为 30， 000，等电点 pH=2.95，由两个亚基构成。有类似促黄体激素的作用，给动物以 HCG后，幼小的小白鼠的卵巢即发育成熟，而家兔未交配即排卵。
成熟女性因受精的卵子移动到子宫腔内着床后，形成胚胎，在发育成长为胎儿过程中，胎盘合体滋养层细胞产生大量的人绒毛膜促性腺激素（human chorionic gonadotropin，HCG），可通过孕妇血液循环而排泄到尿中。当妊娠1-2.5时，血清和尿中的HCG水平即可迅速升高，第8郛周达到高峰，至郛期第4个月始降至中等水平，并一直维持到妊娠末期。
垂体前叶分泌的促甲状腺激素（Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, TSH）的相对分子质量约为25000–28000，与腺垂体分泌的卵泡刺激激素（Follicle Stimulating Hormone, FSH）、黄体生成素（Luteinizing Hormone, LH）以及胎盘分泌的人绒毛膜促性腺激素（human Chorionic Gonadotropin, hCG）一样均为异源二聚体糖蛋白激素。这些激素由非特异性的α亚基与特异性的β亚基以非共价键联结而成。TSH的β
