文献和实验人乳腺癌抗原CA15-3 酶联免疫分析（ ELISA ） 试剂盒使用说明书 本试剂仅供研究使用 目的：本试剂盒用于测定人血清，血浆及相关液体样本中乳腺癌抗原CA15-3 的 含量。 实验原理： 本试剂盒应用双抗体夹心法测定标本中 人乳腺癌抗原 CA15-3 水平。用纯化的 人 CA15-3 抗体 包被微孔板，制成固相抗体，往包被单抗的微孔中依次加入 乳腺癌抗原 CA15-3 ，再与 HRP 标记
道肿瘤、肺癌和乳腺癌等的诊断。组织多肽特异性抗原（TPS）更能提供肿瘤复发、转移和进展的信号。膀胱癌抗原（UBC）主要用于膀胱癌的诊断。 几种新的肿瘤标志物 （1）NMP22（nuclear matrix protein 22） 核基质蛋白22。膀胱移行上皮癌患者尿液中NMP22明显高于正常人，有80%的特异性和准确性。尿路损伤可暂时、轻微升高。为非侵入性操作，对上尿路肿瘤的筛选有优势，特别适合复发患者的随访。 2000年FDA通过的ELISA试剂盒，标本为尿液，血尿对检测无影响。 NMP22
