产品描述
链霉亲和素（Streptavidin），分子量约为60kDa，来源于阿维丁链霉菌（Streptomyces avidinii）的一种细菌蛋白，高度特异性结合生物素（biotin），亲和常数（Kd）为10-15M。作为一种四聚体蛋白，可同时结合4个生物素分子，该功能与鸡蛋清来源的亲和素（avidin）具很高的相似性。然而，不同于亲和素，链霉亲和素是一种非糖基化蛋白，基本不带电荷，而亲和素在中性pH条件下呈碱性，比较而言链霉亲和素的非特异性结合远低于亲和素，这样检测时链霉亲和素的非特异性背景明显低很多。目前，生物素检测通常用链霉亲和素替代亲和素。
本品为Cy5标记的链霉亲和素（Cy5-Streptavidin），Ex/Em=650/670 nm，可用于生物素标记的抗体、核酸、蛋白或其他生物素标记分子的检测。
本品以冻干粉形式供货，大部分应用的建议工作浓度为0.5-2µg/ml。
保存与运输方法
保存：2-8℃避光保存。一年有效。
运输：室温运输。
