番红O（Safranine O），又称为藏红T、番红花红T、沙黄，是一种阳离子染料，特异性结合多聚阴离子。能用来检测软骨中存在的蛋白多糖含量。也是骨关节炎糖胺聚糖耗竭的一种标志。也能用作革兰氏染色的复染剂。
