    pCMV-mCherry-CYCS-Neo plasmid Description

    pCMV-mCherry-CYCS-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and a CMV promoter that can jointly initiate the efficient expression of the human CYCS gene. The plasmid carries mCherry red fluorescent protein at the N-terminus of the human CYCS gene, facilitating the visual observation of the location and level of the target gene expression. The plasmid also carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene, which can be used to select host cells expressing the target gene.
