    pCMV-3×Myc-ALDH3A2-Neo plasmid Description

    pCMV-3×Myc-ALDH3A2-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and a CMV promoter that can jointly initiate efficient expression of the human ALDH3A2 gene, promoting the expression of the human ALDH3A2 gene fused at the N-terminus with a 3×Myc tag, facilitating recognition and tracking of the Myc-tagged target protein in experiments such as Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, or immunofluorescence, thereby studying the expression level, subcellular localization, and interactions with other proteins of the target protein. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells expressing the target gene.
