    pLV2-CMV-EGFP-OR2J2-Puro This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The combination of the CMV enhancer and CMV promoter initiates the transcription of the human OR2J2 gene, and the plasmid carries EGFP green fluorescence for visually observing the expression and localization of the target gene. Additionally, the plasmid carries HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, allowing for stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid also carries a Puro resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
