    pLV3-CAG-Spp1-3×FLAG-Blast This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a strong CAG promoter that can initiate transcription of the mouse Spp1 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of a 3×FLAG tag, which facilitates experiments such as protein immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation. Additionally, the plasmid carries HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, allowing for stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid carries a Blast resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
