    pLV3-CMV-CSF2-3×FLAG-mCherry-Puro This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a strong CMV promoter that can initiate the transcription of the human CSF2 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression with a 3×FLAG tag, facilitating detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. Additionally, the plasmid contains HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, facilitating stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid carries an mCherry red fluorescent protein for detecting the expression and location of the target gene. The plasmid carries a Puro resistance gene for selecting host cells expressing the target gene.
