    pCMV-Senp1-3×FLAGE-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and a CMV promoter that can jointly initiate the efficient expression of the mouse Senp1 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the gene with a 3×FLAG tag, facilitating detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. The WPRE protein enhances the processing and stability of the target gene after transcription, helping to increase the half-life and translation efficiency of the mRNA. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells expressing the target gene.
