    pLV3-CMV-POU2AF1-3×FLAG-Puro This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV enhancer and CMV promoter work together to efficiently initiate the expression of the human POU2AF1 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the POU2AF1 gene with a 3×FLAG tag, facilitating the detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. The plasmid carries a Puro resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
