    pCMV-EGFP-ABHD12-Neo plasmid Description

    pCMV-EGFP-ABHD12-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV enhancer and CMV promoter work together to initiate transcription of the human ABHD12 gene. The plasmid fuses the EGFP green fluorescent protein at the N-terminus of the ABHD12 gene, allowing for intuitive observation of the expression location and level of the target gene. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
