    pCMV-3×FLAG-TTC7A-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and a CMV promoter that can jointly initiate the efficient expression of the human TTC7A gene, promoting the N-terminal fusion expression of the TTC7A gene with a 3×FLAG tag, facilitating the detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
