    pCMV-EGFP-Sp1-3×Myc-Neo This plasmid is suitable for gene overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV enhancer and CMV promoter on the plasmid can jointly initiate the efficient expression of the mouse Sp1 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the Sp1 gene with a ×Myc tag, facilitating the identification and tracking of the Myc-tagged target protein using anti-Myc antibodies in experiments such as Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, or immunofluorescence, thereby studying the expression level, subcellular localization, and interactions with other proteins of the target protein.
