    pU6-JUN-shRNA2-EGFP-Neo This plasmid is suitable for gene knockdown interference in mammalian cells. The U6 promoter carried by the plasmid can initiate the transcription of shRNA fragments designed against the human JUN gene, reducing the expression of the JUN gene. The EGFP green fluorescent protein carried by the plasmid can be used for visual observation of the expression and localization of the target gene. The plasmid carries a Neo resistance gene for screening positive host cells.
