    pCMV-IL2RG-3×HA-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV strong promoter carried by the plasmid can initiate the transcription of the human IL2RG gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the IL2RG gene with a 3×HA tag, facilitating experiments such as protein immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for screening host cells expressing the target gene.
