    pRV-MMLV-EGFP-H2-Ab1-3×FLAG-Puro plasmid Description

    pRV-MMLV-EGFP-H2-Ab1-3×FLAG-Puro This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid fuses a 3×FLAG tag to the C-terminus of the H2-Ab1 gene, facilitating detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. Additionally, the plasmid carries MMLVΨ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentiviral packaging, facilitating the stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid carries the EGFP green fluorescent protein for intuitive observation of the expression and localization of the target gene. The plasmid also carries a Puro resistance gene for selecting positive host cells.
