The plasmid fuses a 3×FLAG tag to the C-terminus of the H2-Ab1 gene, facilitating detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. Additionally, the plasmid carries MMLVΨ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentiviral packaging, facilitating the stable integration of the gene into host cells.
