    pCMV-Lag3-3×Myc-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and CMV promoter that work together to efficiently express the mouse Lag3 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the Lag3 gene with a ×Myc tag, which facilitates the identification and tracking of the Myc-tagged target protein in experiments such as Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, or immunofluorescence, thereby studying the expression level, subcellular localization, and interactions with other proteins. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
