    pLV3-CMV-Axl-8×His-CopGFP-Puro This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid carries a strong CMV promoter that can initiate the transcription of the mouse Axl gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the Axl gene with a 6×His tag, facilitating the affinity interaction of the fusion protein with nickel ions for protein purification. It can also be detected and identified using anti-His antibodies, aiding in the separation, purification, and detection of the protein. Additionally, the plasmid carries HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, allowing for stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid carries a CopGFP green fluorescent protein for observing the expression and localization of the target gene. The plasmid also carries a Puro resistance gene for selecting host cells expressing the target gene.
